3 weeks of tough training, but also a learning journey for us Cadets to learn and educate ourselves to be a better Cadet, and to be trained as a Cadet Inspector. My thoughts before entering the course was that I've always wanted to be a C.I to help my unit, and also for the rank. That was my initial feelings before entering the course.

For the first few days of the course...it was tough and challenging, as we had to learn and revise our drills, soft skills and hard skills. We also had to make a lesson plan to teach our OWN squadmates. At first, i was nervous on teaching my squadmates, but after teaching, i felt satisfied, as they gave me positive feedback such as i was able to make my lesson fun and somewhat interesting. Thanks guys!

Throughout the course, i learnt many things, like how to do a proper proposal, management, leadership, advanced drills, sword drills, and also, learnt to bond with my squadmates. :) . In this course, I'm in DELTA squad, a squad made up of 'biscuits'. Only people from DELTA would understand what I'm saying. :P. So yeah, for the past 3 weeks, I've suffered through thick and thin with my DELTA mates, which makes us bond stronger!

Towards the end of the course, my perspective towards the Cadet Inspector rank has changed a little. To me, being a C.I is not just about the rank. But being a C.I means to be a role model towards my cadets, to be responsible for any good or bad actions, to teach the future generations of cadets of my knowledge, and also, most importantly, C.I's have the desire to learn more. Yup. Basically , Cadet Inspector = More Responsibility, More work, More sian. Now, i really missed being a Cadet. It's much easier that way.

During my Investiture, as Yu Ting and Chiew Beng Dawned the Cadet Inspector Rank on my shoulders, i felt a surge of energy. It felt good. When i finally wore the C.I Rank for the first time, i knew it was the end of my course. But it's the start of a whole new life. The life of a C.I . It would be a difficult path . But I'll never stop.

Well, that's where i spent my 3 weeks of holiday on. And i did not regret. :)
